We offer 22 two and three bedroom condominiums with full kitchens, right on the canal or bay side of the Laguna Madre. There is a laundry facility and outdoor pool on site, as well as a few boat docks that you can use while in residence. Two Bedroom Condo - sleeps 6 Max; Queen or King bed in the master room with private bath, two Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom with a hallway bath, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Three Bedroom Condo - sleeps 8 max; Queen or King bed in master bedroom with private bath, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 2 Twin beds in third bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen amenities include: full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, can opener, garbage disposal, blender, place settings, pots and pans, cookware, silverware, mixing bowls, toaster, and much more. Free Wireless internet in all units. No-Stairs units and handicap friendly units are available upon 1st request, 1st reserved and are not guaranteed. Each unit has: Balcony/Patio, Cable TV, Telephone, DVD player, AC/Heat, Ironing Board & Iron, Pool Towels and Laundry Bag.

While our property does not have much in the way of amenities onsite, other than an outdoor pool, we have so many wonderful activities for the entire family to enjoy in Corpus Christi. You can fish right outside your unit in the Laguna Madre; bring your boat too and dock it at the resort for easy access. Kids will love to visit Funtrackers Family Fun Center, our experience interactive entertainment aboard a unique 70' pirate ship with Red Dragon Pirate Cruise. Go horseback riding on the beach, or windsurfing in the Laguna Madre. Visit Padre Island National Seashore or South Texas Botanical Gardens for natures' beauty and relaxation.The island offers abundant nature, seashore breezes, scenic views and friendly people. All this complimented by a relaxing, laid back community of coastal homes and vacation spots nestled in the dunes and along the water's edge.North Padre Island (or Upper Padre Island) benefits from an average summer temperature of 91.2 degrees and an average off-season temperature of 71 degrees, offering year round outdoor activities such as fishing, birding, surfing, kayaking, kite boarding, hiking, beachcombing, golfing, swimming, tennis, and more!

Multi Resorts at Puente Vista is nestled within a private residential community, directly on the Laguna Madre of North Padre Island. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and within short proximity to Texas A&M (TAMUCC), and central district attractions such as the American Bank Center, USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium and more. One of the greatest benefits of North Padre Island is location! The Island is situated just a short 20 minute drive from downtown Corpus Christi (the 8th largest city in Texas!) yet provides immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico through the Packery Channel. Modern convenience meets world class fishing, family fun and many outdoor activities to see and do.
