The Main house built in the late 1870s, offers a comfortable vintage farmhouse style with all the modern amenities of home. Our accommodations feature three unique, separate guest rooms, 2 guests rooms in the main house and a cottage behind the main house, each with a private bath, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix/Roku), and a kitchenette. One room, The Ratliff Retreat, also has a screened-in porch for evening relaxation.
During your stay, you will be ideally situated just one block from downtown Llano, TX, where you will find shopping, antiques, art galleries, restaurants, a vodka bar, craft beer, a coffee shop, and the historic Lantex Theatre.
In town for one of Llano’s many festivals or celebrations? Mustard Seed Bed and Breakfast on the Llano is located right next to Grenwelge Park, which is the venue for a lot of Llano’s special events, such as the Llano Earth Art Fest (LEAF). Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate opportunities to visit Enchanted Rock State Park, hike wildflower roads and trails, and go fishing, canoeing, or kayaking on the Llano River.
