Enjoy a stylish centrally-located lovely private family suites with smart locks: King & Queen Suites with flat screen TVs and attached en-suite jack and Jill bathroom shared by these two bedrooms only, including a double vanities w/quartz countertops. King Suite with ensuite private bathroom or Queen with en suite private bathroom. Our guests will also enjoy a private loft with games . Plus, they can use the easy to access side-yard w/fire pit, patio & hammock. Just 3 minutes from Covington Square, Starbucks, Chipotle, & more!

This historic neighborhood is Centrally located just minutes to the Square, Starbucks, and chipotle and more. Most of the homes here were built as labor housing for the old cotton mill that was just near the end of the street. The cotton mill built these houses between nineteen ten and nineteen twenty-four. We fully renovated this home and added a second floor in 2023. And that is an exciting new trend for this little historic area of Covington. It is also on the national Registry of historic places.
