You'll also find a seasonal, outdoor pool nearby. This very inviting vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar to make meal prep a snap! Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for rainy or snowy day board games - and then gather in the living area, switch on the fireplace, sink into the plush sectional, and stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Enjoy views off your front and rear-facing balconies. This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Access to the pool is provided free of charge at the Midlake community pool for registered guests only. There are no free access passes to Big Boulder Lake Club included with this home. If you opt to visit the lake club, day passes can be purchased for 25 dollars/per day. To purchase the passes, tell the front desk of the club where you are staying. This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
