The streets of Old Nags Head Place are perfect for biking and walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Beach Access: Head north on South Virginia Dare Trail until you reach the Conch Street Beach Access.  The access offers a paved parking lot, sand access and a wooden walkway to easily cross the dunes.
