If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us. The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking, in suite laundry machines, and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, spa, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms. • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. Pet Friendly: • One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 USD We're happy to deliver: --> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for 70.00 USD/per tank --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee) --> a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee)
