If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us. To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking, in suite laundry machines, and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, spa, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms. Please note that: The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. We're taking proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience. Your understanding is so much appreciated. • There is basic cookware available in the unit. Pet Friendly: • •To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow only one pet up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance. Thanks for understanding! •A pet fee of 99USD will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. Additional Services: • We're happy to deliver: - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). - a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).
