If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us. To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, spa, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms. Pet Friendly: • One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 USD We're happy to deliver: - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). - a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).
