This classic home is completely refreshed with new furnishings throughout that reflect the mid-century modern feel. Rooms are comfortable, amply supplied, and very thoughtful. All beds are new Nectar hybrid mattresses (super comfy!) and the queen Murphy is a Bamboo foam mattress! Our floors are a little squeeky (older house!) but that is part of the charm! ❤️ 🛌 The master suite is spacious and beautiful with a private access to the back yard patios and breezeway for access to the kitchen. Perfect for mornings on the deck! It is an extension from the pass-through “flex” third bedroom; it has a motorized privacy room divider for those sleeping on the Nectar Queen bed :) 📺 Hi-Speed WiFi and 3 TVs with Roku allow separation in the place if needed. Loving room TV has local stations for big games, Olympics, or local news. The multiple outdoor spaces make this a location comfortable regardless of the season! This is our first vacation home rental! We listen to all reviews and have made adjustments to keep earning 5-star reviews. 🙋 In the breezeway outside, we have a separate exterior entrance for an additional basement apartment. We have a sweet young couple who are long-term tenants. You do not share ANY spaces with them. They are quiet, kind, and keep to themselves (The gentleman is a relative and is gone most afternoons and evenings.) # STR23-0031

This neighborhood is slowly changing! You will find several mid-century homes built in the 50’s-60’s and find lampposts in front yards (like ours!). Many young couples walk their young ones throughout the neighborhood. I purchased this home with my family to grow with the neighborhood and enjoy the new energy flooding in!
