This apartment is a cozy space to rest and unwind after a day of Alaska adventures. There is a well-appointed kitchen and a natural gas grill on the back deck for preparing the day’s catch. There is seating for 3 at the island and another high-top table with seating for 3. Relax on the comfy couch or love seat and enjoy some TV or a beautiful sunset out the large windows. When you’re ready to sleep you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a second with a double and a twin bed. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and a separate area with toilet and shower. The house is stocked with plenty of pillows, bedding and bath linens. For your comfort there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room and radiant floor heating that feels great on your feet on those cool mornings. For your convenience, there is also a full size washer and dryer. Please note that there is also an attached larger house at this property. Each space has its own private entry and separate parking areas. There is one small wall that is common between the house and the apartment areas and it is double insulated for noise control. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. If available, it could be combined with this rental to accommodate 11 people.
