Attractive decor, colorful & comfortable! Our duplex unit is a unique, colorful and functional space that includes all the amenities for a perfect stay. A handsomely furnished one bedroom, one bath unit, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, smart TV & fast WiFi. Only 5 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and is walking friendly in the ever popular and fun 9th & 9th district that is full of great restaurants and shopping.
I am available to the guest for anything they may need but will not disturb the guest unless they ask.
In addition to Trolley Square, you are a 5-minute walk to the ever popular 9th & 9th district. The 9th and 9th neighborhood is often referred to as one of Salt Lake City’s best kept secrets. The neighborhood is unique, hip and has some of the best restaurants, shopping and outdoor art in the city. This location is walkable for shopping, restaurants, parks and recreation. Transportation is easy and only 1.5 miles from downtown Salt Lake, great location! Salt Lake International Airport, 15 minute drive TRAX train system is approximately 2 blocks away Entry to I 15 Interstate is a few blocks away 9th & 9th District, walkable Six of the best ski resorts are only 40 minutes away Multiple golf courses available, 15-30 minutes away Trolly Square and Trio, one block away
