This boutique historic building has very few units and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has private resident access. The units have original historic brick, hardwood floors, modern chef's kitchen, huge living and dining areas, fully remodeled on-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub and a walk in closet big enough to be a second bedroom. This property is located in the proximity of a number of DTLA's top restaurants and attractions such as The Ace Hotel, Umami Burger, Urban Outfitters, etc. and is just a short walk to Bottega Louie, Staples Center and more.

This includes electronically signing a rental agreement via a secure link, which must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation. The link will also collect details about the stay and verify guests identity. For same-day bookings, the processing time may take up to 2 hours. Guests residing in the same city may require special approval to accommodate the stay.
