Ultimate vacation home rental experience at Signature PGA West. Located across the street from The Stadium Course and less than 4 miles from Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds. This gorgeous property is livable luxury. Walk into an open floor plan - floor-to-ceiling sliding glass wall blurs the lines between indoor-outdoor living, in true desert style. Resort style backyard features pool, spa, tanning deck with chase lounges and misting system. Enjoy a firepit lounge, BBQ, and 2 outdoor TV’s. Fully furnished with cable satellite TV and free high speed WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, high end drip coffee maker (ground beans), hot water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, Vitamix blender, portable blue tooth speaker and fly fans. Property is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials.
