This exceptional modern two story level features 4 bedrooms, 3 sparkling clean full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated/furnished private home perfect for families, large groups and business travelers. Enjoy this space with lots of natural light and homey vibes. The upper level features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, a Kitchen, Dining Room, Deck with outdoor seating, spacious Family Room with a sofa bed and a cozy Living Room with a projector for a great in-home movie experience! The lower level features a separate entrance, 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bathroom, Laundry Room, and an open-concept Living Room with work desk. *BONUS: Enjoy complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and many more provided to you at no extra cost! *** This property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay and complies with the cleaning standards set forth by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). In addition to enhanced cleaning initiatives, we're also committing to keeping our home vacant for a minimum of 24 hours, with no activity other than cleaning to make sure the space is thoroughly sanitized and comfortable for next guests. Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the maintenance closet. Please make yourself at home! Please feel free to use the 2 car garage, however no remotes or entry codes are given to guests so garage can only be opened and closed from the inside.
