We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street. See photos for a view of our block with it's Victorian houses typical of the Wyman historic district, and note that this building is an actual listed historic Landmark property! You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway in the heart of the city .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, and only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market. **There is ample FREE on-street parking all around us and on Race St** We are walking distance or a 5-10 min drive to just about everything in Denver including all the sports / concert venues, and the main Train station / Bus terminal. If you are driving, be sure to obey street signs when you park, and note there are 2 gas stations located just a few blocks away on Colfax, with one of them also offering EV charging stations!
