*****THIS IS BRAND NEW LISTING***** This home is in the heart of the historic district and was just renovated top to bottom with everything new. Although an historic home, it is fully modern and updated with new fixtures and appliances. 4 blocks to restaurants, shopping and parks. We bought this house a couple of years ago and have just finished restoring it in June 2024. Originally built in 1900. Master has a king bed, and the second bedroom a queen. ✔ PET-FRIENDLY ✔ CLEANED & SANITIZED ✔ NO SMOKING/VAPING Two additional rentals are located close by. Do reach out to us should you wish to rent all three properties. The additional rentals will sleep up to 10 more and is located just next door!
