The location is ideal - close to major freeways etc. I-5, I-405. Just minutes from SeaTac Airport, Southcenter Mall, Museum of Flight, and several casinos. There's plenty of parking on-site. This house will make you feel like a home away from home. It is modern, cozy and especially clean! There are three bedrooms. One master bedroom on the base floor and two rooms located upstairs. Each room has one queen size bed and a closet. There are two and a half bathrooms, one private full bath inside master bedroom and one and a half bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen is equipped with full size electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, water boiler and everything you need for basic cooking. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea are available upon your arrival. Bathrooms have full-size bath stall, toilet and sink. Fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. A full washer & dryer (with detergent) is accessible to guests. There is an EV charging outlet 240 Volt located outside the house. It’s available for guests. (Bring your own charging cable).
