It is a 2-story house with 3 full bathrooms. Your room is #1, located upstairs, and includes a full bathroom. This bright and relaxing house is in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Las Vegas near Summerlin. You won't even feel you're in a desert environment.
Very close to many popular locations such as the Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, and downtown Summerlin. Very popular with Red Rock visitors and business travelers. You'll absolutely love it!
If you like a quiet place to stay, this would be the right fit for you!

No cooking is allowed in the kitchen other than cleaning your dishes and coffee mugs. You also have access to the backyard and lounge in the garage if you want to smoke. No drugs are allowed on the property.
Please note that I have a lovely dog named Donald on the property. He is a Bichon Frise, which is a hypoallergenic dog. He is super friendly and will seek your attention. lol. You can pet him if you'd like. He is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet :). Please do not make any reservations if you are allergic to dogs.
