Everything is walking distance from this apartment! You can do anything from shopping, quiet dinner or crazy night. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace! You will love this huge apartment in a luxury high rise facing the bay in the middle of Brickell. The unit is spacious enough for 4 people. Enjoy the condo amenities such as two pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, game room with ping pong table, among others. In some cases, we can accommodate special check-in/ check out times. ➜ Spacious and cozy unit. ➜ The master bedroom has private access to the bathroom and laptop area. ➜ The living room is spacious enough to comfortably open the queen-sized sofa bed if needed. Full dining table with six seats and a huge balcony to spend moments you will never forget. ➜ The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you may need. Guests will have access to the entire unit, please make yourself at home. We are always available through phone, email, or in person if you have questions or need anything. Safe neighborhood at all times. Vibrant city with things to offer for all tastes. Brickell is very walkable, and this apartment is in the middle of the action! You can walk everywhere, take a short Uber ride, or take public transportation (some of it free) just on a couple of steps away. Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
