Perfect location in Sand Dollar Shores, on highly desirable Hutchinson Island, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! 2 Heated Community Pools, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Bocce & Shuffleboard Courts. Private balcony w/ seating; unobstructed ocean view. Private, direct beach access. Condo association requires a signed rental application 30 days prior to check-in. 30 day minimum rental period required. there is a separate HOA application that must be submitted 30 days prior to checkin and includes a $175 processing fee.
