Property information

Enjoy a true oceanfront retreat at our family town home. Both units comfortably sleep 12 adults. Private access to Laguna Beaches most exclusive beach - Turks beach between 1000 Steps and Table Rock, with private stairs connected to the house leading directly to the sand. No public access to this beach. This listing is for the entire duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 private decks, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, Central AC and Central HEAT! Phenomenal location in an older house and we're priced accordingly. A fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like you are at home. With 6 seat dining table, 4 seat dining table, and outdoor seating for the entire group. Furnished with cable satellite TV and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Neighbourhood information

The Laguna Beach trolly picks up right across the street in front of Mission Hospital Laguna Beach. Great way to travel to downtown Laguna Beach from South Laguna Beach, only 2.2 miles.
