With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this newer home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main level features a spacious great room, including a living room with a large flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and elegant tile work. Step out onto the deck to enjoy a BBQ while soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, provide extra comfort—one of the guest rooms features a TV with satellite and DVD player. The second-level deck offers scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, ideal for a relaxing escape. Located in a serene wooded setting with distant ocean views, Oceanside is a quaint beach town perfect for a peaceful vacation. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Any reservation that exceeds this will not be allowed to take possession of the home and will be nonrefundable.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

A credit card will need to be updated and provided to the property shortly after the booking is confirmed to be on file for all incidentals. Property check-in details will not be released until this has been completed.
