A beautiful Brant Beach ocean block 5 bedroom beach house in perfect condition. Just 340 feet (5th house) from the beach. Modern first floor with a spacious high ceiling living room/kitchen/dining area, and a full comfortable family room, a full laundry room with a second refrigerator. The first floor has two nice sized bedrooms and a full bath. Second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The property has a lovely fenced and gated rear patio area for summer outdoor dining and entertainment . Please don’t park in the driveway, Ample parking for 4 cars in front of the house.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
