***The property does not take American Express as a method of payment.*** Reservations booked using American Express will be rejected.

Cancellation is by 12:00 the day before arrival. Guests who book for same day or next day arrival will be charged for their stay by Ocean Suites at the time the booking is received and will be nonrefundable.

Guests who pay cash will have a $200 charged placed on their credit card. Once the room is cleaned and checked if it is in good condition and no items are missing, the $200 will be refunded. At check out, after a room check, the deposit will be returned or the pre-authorization will be voided.

The person whose card is being used must be presented at the time of check in. Businesses can request a Credit Card Authorization.

Please note there is not a lift/elevator at the property.

If guests require a downstairs suite, you must notify the property before 12:00 (noon) the day before arrival to determine if one is available.

Ocean Suites Motel does not rent to those who live within 60 miles of the property. This applies whether they are the primary guest or an additional guest in the suite. Such reservations will be rejected.
