Your ideal getaway awaits! *** PLEASE NOTE: CONCRETE SPALL REPAIR PROJECT The Ilikai Marina building will be undergoing exterior painting, waterproofing, and window sealing to keep everything looking great and well-maintained. *Scheduled Work: Work on Stack 90, including this unit, is estimated to be scheduled from December 26, 2025, to January 16, 2026. *Lanai/Balcony Access: The lanai will be temporarily closed during this period for everyone’s safety. *Noise, Dust & Smells: Expect construction noise, dust, and occasional strong fumes from the painting and waterproofing between 8 AM – 4 PM on workdays. *Please keep doors and windows closed and cover personal items inside to help minimize dust and smells.
