• All long-term guests (20 and more days) will be required to pay a damage deposit of 500. • Please note: bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Please note that the indoor pool at Shipwatch Pointe II will be closed starting 06/01/2025 thru 06/30/2025 for repairs, replastering of the pool, and extensive cleaning of the inside and outside of the building. The outdoor pool and spa/hot tub will be open regular hours for your enjoyment.
