*** The Registration Fee is 20 dollars per reservation paid to Summit at the front desk when you check in. This covers wristbands for your group and ONE parking pass. Summit is very strict about parking passes due to availability, especially in the busy season, so ask at registration if you need more.** **Extended stay fee of 140 dollars applies to "the Stays over 15 days". PLEASE NOTE: this fee will be added separately and requested as a separate transaction. *150 dollars charge for alterations and cancellations. **Please be aware that in Florida, there are insects due to our climate and surrounding nature habitats. It is not uncommon to see them in the units, but we do practice regular scheduled pest control. We want guests to be aware that while it may not have a five-star resort appearance, it has plenty to offer amenity-wise. It also has a family-oriented atmosphere and direct beachfront units.
