Studio 102: Vibrant, Retro-inspired Retreat Enjoy your stay in Downtown Sebring in a clean, comfortable, and centrally located space. I styled this place in fun pinks, teals, and florals and I hope that you enjoy it. The studio offers a private bathroom, walk-in closet and the living area, bedroom, and the full kitchen are all an open and shared space. There is fast Wi-Fi, a large TV, PRIVATE outside balcony with outside furniture, a full kitchen, washer and dryer (laundry soap included and is shared with one other apartment), there is a queen bed, the couch bed allows for additional guests and the couch bed includes a mattress topped for extra comfort, and a mattress protector. Located right on the circle, you have easy access to the Sebring racetrack, local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and downtown festivals, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks. Please note that you must climb stairs, this is a 2nd story apartment. This apartment is an entire studio with a private balcony and features a full kitchen with all of the basics such as coffee, coffee filters, teas, sugar, pots and pans, the bathroom has a shower and tub combo, hair dryer, microfiber make up clothes, there is super comfortable bedding, a remote controlled fan/light, a window AC unit, walk-in closet with a dresser, hangers, and closet shelves, great views, and the apartment is super clean. This unit can comfortably sleep 3 but can welcome additional guests. This is great for a nice yet budget stay.

Audrey's Place is conveniently located near downtown events, festivals, local restaurants, shops, Lake Jackson, hospitals, Sebring Racetrack, numerous golf courses, nature trails, Highlands Hammock State Park, Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park, and much more. Under 2.5 miles to both Advent Health and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, an hour and a half to Disney, Universal, and the beach. Walking, bikes, and ride services are all popular options.
