The property is located in the South Padre Island Golf community. 3 minutes walk from the all-year heated pool. It's only 20 -25 minutes from South Padre Island beach.The home is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, appliances, linens, towels, cleaning and laundry supplies.Enjoy your time on the screened porch with BBQ grill.The community amenities includes two heated pools, workout room, tennis courts, pickleball, yoga, aerobics and on-site restaurant.
I will do my best to make you feel comfortable. I live just 7 minutes walk down the street.
This community is gated and monitored with 24-hour security for unauthorized visitors and gathering/parties with excesses noise, laud music, and unlawful activities.The community has two heated pools, workout room, tennis courts, pickleball, yoga, aerobics and on-site restaurant. It is 20 minutes away from the beach, 35 minutes away from Space X and Brownsville Zoo. Don’t forget to visit Sea Turtle, Inc. and Dolphin watch tours.
