Welcome to the Palm House! Our updated pool home, located less than 10 minutes to the beach, is ideally positioned a few minutes in any direction to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, making it the perfect home base for your visit. The lush backyard features a heated pool, outdoor shower & changing area, screened patio and gas griddle. The spacious living room provides a relaxing space to stream a movie or play some games after a busy day. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a coffee station. This tastefully decorated home has queen beds in each of the three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. A Pack n Play is available for young travellers! Access the Pinellas bike trail just a block away. Beach towels and chairs, cooler, a beach tent and pull wagon are all provided for your convenience. A pack ‘n play is provided if you are traveling with an infant. Please bring your own fitted sheet. There is a Blackstone gas griddle in the backyard. If you need to catch up on some work during your stay there is a desk in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer are available and free to use. Pool heating fee applies. Highly recommended Nov-April.

This house is in a very safe, small residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors close to beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. While everything is within a very short drive, we definitely still recommend a vehicle during your visit. There is driveway parking for up to three cars.
