Please note that payment is required upon booking. Both full bathrooms have jacuzzis to relax after a long day on the beach and exploring West Palm Beach. Washer and dryer combo and iron on-site are free to use for guests. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ: You'll receive the access code and house guidelines DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL INBOX and NOT THROUGH Booking. Temporary Stay Agreement MUST be signed and an ID MUST be submitted before arrival. Reservation will be canceled if you fail to sign or send the ID.
