Papakea B204 offers one window A/C, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom 2nd floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect place to cook your meals. The main living area is tastefully decorated with Hawaiian inspired furniture and art and a great place to relax after a long day in the sun. The living area also offers a dining area for four plus additional bar seating, a new Queen sleeper sofa is available for your extra guests, and a flat screen TV equipped with cable. Step inside the tranquil Master Bedroom, where you will find a comfortable King size bed and large mirrored closets. The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower. There are ceiling fans throughout and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front  salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is 25 dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 5 dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
