*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo has already completed the repair, however, please note the information below: - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time. We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026.  *** Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is twenty-five dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of five dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays. Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts!  It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores.  It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service.
