Welcome to Papakea E404! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just steps from the ocean, with beautiful beaches right next door. Located on North Kaanapali Beach, Papakea is minutes from the shops, museums, golf courses, restaurants, and galleries of Lahaina and Whalers' Village. This fourth-floor condo boasts spectacular ocean views and sleeps up to 8 guests! The main living area includes a queen sofa bed and vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable lanai is perfect for morning coffee and whale watching during the season. Start your day with coffee on the lanai, and in the evenings, enjoy sunsets from the private balcony or a stroll along the beachfront—excellent photo opportunities! For your comfort, there is a window AC unit in the main living area and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, new pots and pans, glassware, silverware, a coffee maker, blender, and 4-slice toaster—everything you need for a hassle-free vacation. The condo also offers an in-room washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king-size pillow-top bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom/loft includes a new queen-size bed and two twin beds, making this condo ideal for a family retreat.

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front heated swimming pools (2 cabanas available for rent through the front desk), three tennis courts and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density.  The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.  There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo.  Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is 25 dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 5 dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays. A 75 dollar extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6.  This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. Effective March 28th, 2025, through April 21st, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
