Enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer while relaxing in a luxury private home. The house features a beautiful pool, a swim up bar that seats 4 & 2 in-pool lounge chairs. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill & pizza oven. You can see the fireworks from the balcony. The beach is 2 blocks away. The house is located 2 mins drive away from Sea Turtle Inc, Clayton’s and Bar Louie’s. There is a liquor store, convenience store and several restaurants within walking distance.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to the beach on sidewalk. Right on the Island Metro route, easy to bike, or call an Uber/Taxi or Lyft.
