Park Ave is in Foley, Al close to County Rd 20 and State Highway 59. There are several great shopping centers close by like Tanger Outlet, OWA indoor water & Amusement Park. It is 1 hour from Pensacola, FL. There is a beautiful pool on site and only 10 minutes from the beach. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s upstairs but only a few stairs. There are 3 working TVs and fully furnished kitchen. There is a screened porch and a community gazebo downstairs.
The space
This unit has a great view of the pool and the grounds and only 10 minutes to the beach!

There is a swimming pool with a separate gated kiddie area at the I pool. There is a covered picnic area and outdoor grills
