Property information

This four bedroom home (with two master suites) is an absolute dream come true! Bring the whole family, including your furry friend! Enjoy the game room and the HUGE family couch but don't let the cold weather stop you from spending time in our beautiful outdoor space! We've not only got a beautiful fire-pit perfect for roasting mallows and making s'mores with the family but we've also provided two outdoor space heaters and plenty of throws to bundle up and feel all of the cozy winter feels!

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it feels like Redding’s hidden gem — calm, tree-lined streets where you can truly breathe, yet close enough to adventure that every day can be a discovery. We love how Paso Drive offers a sense of “With-Out-Worry” living — peaceful, well cared for, and connected to the community. It’s a place that seems to anticipate what guests want most: beauty, comfort, and a touch of magic in the everyday.
