I’m a business financial consultant. I started managing rentals as a side job and it soon became my passion. Most of my condos have been remodeled, Furnished and designed by me. I love people and have a passion for hospitality. Today I manage 12 properties and hope to add more in the future. I’m hands and love all the great people I meet. Large bedrooms, comfy beds, Smart TVs in every room, balcony overlooking a pond, full kitchen, washer dryer and all you’ll need for an amazing vacation. The master bedroom is to your left when you walk in. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom with shower and jetted tub. To your right is the kitchen with Keurig, toaster, blender and all the appliances and cooking tools you may need. I also supply all your basic necessities like paper towels, dish soup, detergent, garbage bags etc. The Living space is a wide open space, dining room table and chairs, sweet reading nook, living room has a pull out Queen sofa bed. Lots of options for fresh air and sunlight. This is my personal condo, so you are renting directly from the owner. The feeling you get when walking in to one of my condos is pure relaxation and joy that you’ve picked the right place. I care about my guests and it shows.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with a large pond in your backyard. Several picnic and BBQ areas Plenty of parking in front of condo. Condo is located right in the middle of Surfside and Myrtle Beach meaning the best of both worlds. Very close to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh walk, the beach, restaurants, shopping and many activities. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Ferris wheel are roughly 20 minutes away. Rent a golf cart and drive that to the beach. Overnight Golf Cart and motorcycles are allowed.
