Back at your stay, you'll have access to a shared grilling space, as well as a deck, expanding your enjoyment of the gorgeous Alaskan wilderness. Inside, comfort can be found amidst the open layout. The living room's oversized sofa and large smart TV overlook a lovely window view. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There is both a dining table and breakfast bar available for meals in or takeout. Sizable and plush, the bedrooms are equally comfortable. The littlest members of your family will appreciate the toys available in the kid's room. A private washer/dryer and Pack-N-Play round out the interior conveniences. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This duplex is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
