Unit is one of the nicest at this very popular resort. Perfect central location with access to anywhere on the island very quickly. Family friendly with all the beach and kitchen amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Beautiful top/penthouse floor oceanfront Condo at Kauhale makai “village by the sea.” Always prepared spotlessly. 3rd/4th guests can enjoy fold out couch or single fold up futon bed stored in closet. Central AC is a must in Kihei, and No Neighbors above a plus. Perfect location in complex overlooking the pool/hot tub/BBQ's/Picnic tables, and being out of the direct sun helps keep the unit significantly cooler then others. Choose the right side of Kauhale Makai and be able to keep your blinds open during the day. High speed WiFi, AC, digital cable, free parking, snorkel/mask/fins/cooler/boogie board/beach umbrella. Sleeps 3 comfortably with King bed & sofa bed.
