2.8 acre partially fenced peninsula with 1000 linear feet of water frontage that gives the feeling you are on your own private island. This has to be the flattest lot on the lake plus you have your own boat ramp on the property. This unprecedented pet friendly vacation rental home had a complete renovation in 2022 with many new amenities not limited to a hot tub sitting on a massive covered deck, outdoor smart definition television with Dish Network, dock with color changing lights, ample indoor and outdoor seating, new bedroom sets in all rooms, new living room furniture, a reading nook with board games, new appliances, 2 icemakers in the new French Door refrigerator, and a spacious open concept floor plan. This open concept floor plan can seat up to 21 in the kitchen and living area. The sky is painted every evening with the most amazing sunsets that are nothing short of spectacular. This is the deepest and cleanest part of the lake and the best cove for catching striper bass, blue gill (sun fish), and catfish.

For the golf enthusiast there are a number of Golf Courses in the surrounding area including Grand Harbor Golf and Yacht Club, Star Fort Golf Club, The Links of Stoney Point, Country Club of Newberry, Greenwood Country Club, and is One hour and 15 minutes to Augusta National Golf Club where the Masters Invitational Golf Tournament is played every year in April.
