Enjoy easy access to everything Iowa City from this perfectly located home base on Melrose Ave! Just 3 blocks from Kinnick Stadium and the University Hospital, Pete's Place is conveniently located for all things Iowa City from events at the University, downtown and surrounding areas. Enjoy tailgating for a home football game or a short walk to the University campus and hospital. You can't go wrong with this location!
