I live in La Quinta and love travel with family and friends. Don’t be surprised if you see me at the local restaurants and bar or at an event like Stagecoach. I am close by so shoot me a text, call or email should you have any issues or need any help

This new home built in 2023 is centrally located in the PGA West Signature Community and close to the Music Festival grounds, Empire polo grounds and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. 3 Bedrooms with a bonus loft. Bonus loft has a pull out queen sofa bed for your convenience. BBQ Grill, Foosball table, Fire pit table, Close to clubhouse, Pool and fitness center.

Neighbourhood information

PGA West Signature is a private gated secure community with clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub. Within walking distant to the Stadium Course clubhouse and Ernies Restaurant. PGA West is a very walking and biking friendly community, or take an Uber to Old Town.
