There are only 2 neighborhoods in Arlington that are allowed to do Short Term/Vacation Rentals, and both are in what is known as the "Entertainment District." One neighborhood is on the north side of the stadiums, the other is on the west side. Our home is on the west side of the stadium, less than a mile away from AT&T Stadium. In fact, we are closer to the stadiums than a couple of their own parking lots! Walkable: - AT&T Stadium (Cowboy's Football) - Ranger Stadium (Globe Life Field) - Texas Live! - Choctaw Stadium - Esports Stadium Within 5 min drive: - Six Flags - Hurricane Harbor - University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) - Plethora of restaurants - Whole Foods Short Drive - 20 min from American Airlines Center (Dallas Mavericks - NBA) - 20 min from Texas Christian University (TCU) - 20 min from Southern Methodist University (SMU) - 20 min drive to either Downtown Dallas or Downtown Fort Worth - 25 min from Dickies Arena - 25 min from Fort Worth Stockyards
