- Pets are not permitted on the pool deck, in the pool, or in any rooms around the pool.
**Emotional Support Animals (ESA)**
- We allow Emotional Support Animals (ESA) with:
- A letter from a *licensed healthcare professional*.
- A copy of vaccination records

No smoking inside the apartments, on the pool deck, or inside any other Pier Walk building. Smoke outside these areas, ash in safe container, and dispose of in trash.
