This first-floor condo located in Building 13 boasts a spacious living area that features plenty of seating for enjoying a blazing fire in the fireplace (firewood provided) or watching movies on the TV with cable and a DVD player. The open living space also includes a dining area and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen has been fully appointed with all the essentials so the chef of the group can prepare delicious treats and homemade meals for everyone. Anyone who likes to sleep in will appreciate the black-out curtains that help block out light and noise. The primary suite has a second TV and new bedding. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
