Pineapple Cottage is located on Varela Street, just two blocks off of historic US-1 in Old Town Key West, and only five blocks from world famous Duval Street and its restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops. This completely remodeled conch cottage has all the modern amenities you would need. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, all cookware, utensils, dishes, and convenient countertop appliances. The eat-in kitchen features a table for two in addition to two stools at the breakfast bar, and is just steps away from relaxed covered dining on the patio. Glass sliding doors open to a fenced, private deck that includes a gas grill, chaise lounges, built-in benches, an outdoor dining table, a high top pub table for two, and a beautiful outdoor shower steps away from the refreshing and beautiful dip pool. The remodeled full bath features a spacious walk in shower in the corner, and the recently added half bath allows for more convenience. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. All linens and towels, including beach towels, are supplied. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms and the living room contain flat-screen TVs. The large front porch is a few steps above the street and is semi-private thanks to the lush foliage, making it the perfect place to sit and relax with your morning coffee. The location is ideal—just a block few blocks from the very popular Seven-Fish restaurant on Truman, or for a quick bite at Sandy’s Café on White Street. THIS IS A MONTHLY RENTAL  IT RENTS THE FIRST OF THE MONTH TO THE END OF THE MONTH ONLY. WE DO NOT SPLIT MONTHS.
