KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen boasts black granite countertops, handsome cabinets, and full-size appliances including a gas oven with four-burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Pour a cup of coffee and find a seat at the breakfast table for four. BED & BATH Tuck in for the night in the bedroom, complete with a Premiere Cool Touch Purple Mattress and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. It also offers a TV and French doors out to the patio. The bathroom is detailed with dark tile, a large pedestal sink, and a unique walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Soak away in the sunken hot tub on the patio. A BBQ grill offers an easy solution for dinner and a picnic table and bistro table for two offer alfresco dining space. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles is provided. A small shed houses all kinds of gear available for guest use including bikes, kayaks, life jackets, chairs, sleds, and sand toys. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
