Treat yourself to the on-site restaurant or BBQ food truck. Hit the fairways next door at the world-class Kiva Dunes Resort & Golf. Drive 15 minutes along the coast to historic Fort Morgan, or head 30 minutes to enjoy rides and amusements at the fantastic Park at OWA. Please note the two hot tubs and sauna are currently not operational. LIVING AREAS Spend quality time together in the open-concept living room full of coastal light. Curl up with a book on the queen-size sleeper sofa or oversized armchair. Or make popcorn and watch movies on the 55” wall-mounted TV with DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING Flex your culinary muscles in the fully updated kitchen. This open cooking space boasts gleaming granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats four. There’s room for another six to enjoy sit-down meals at a pine wood dining table. BED & BATH There’s a fresh coastal feel to each of the three bedrooms. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping options. Enjoy Gulf views from the king bed and private balcony in the master bedroom. This room also comes with a 42” wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a 24” flat-screen TV, and an intimate balcony with a partial Gulf view. A pair of twin-size beds await in the third bedroom, which also has 32” flat-screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
