Surround yourself with the gorgeous sights, sounds, and colors of the Gulf of Mexico at this Gulf Shores condo, a breezy Alabama escape with a private balcony that overlooks the water and a spectacular beachfront position. In addition to in-house amenities such as central AC, ceiling fans, ceramic tile floors, and multiple flatscreen TVs, the condo boasts access to shared amenities that include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room! This condo is located on the seventh floor of Plantation Palms, a beachfront complex within the confines of Gulf Shores Plantation on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. It is also a short drive from Gulf State Park and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Things to know: The parking fee for this vacation rental is 35 dollars. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. Guests will have access to all six outdoor pools, the indoor saltwater pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, as well the sauna located on the Gulf Shores Plantations grounds.
